Originally from India, Dr.Abdurrahim holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and earned her medical degree in India. She completed her Internal medicine residency at the University of Illinois College of Medicine. She is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. Dr.Abdurrahim is a mentor and preceptor for the UT Southwestern PA program.

Dr.Abdurrahim is active in several professional societies, including the Dallas County Medical Society, the Texas Medical Association, the American Medical Association, and the American College of Physicians.
